In the Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan Province, many irrigation networks have not worked optimally. The Jaro Irrigation Area is one of these networks, majority available fields are planted with Paddy. Evaluation water to irrigate paddy very important for optimal growth and development paddy. objective this research evaluate balance, potential area field can be obtained by applying crop pattern. Analysis rainfall data used in study statistical analysis form validation correction data. Rainfall was from Tropical Measurement Mission (TRMM) Meteorology, Climatology, Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Station period 2013-2019, using a correlation coefficient regression equation. equation obtain corrected value which will hydrological analysis. Water requirement several cropping pattern scenarios. Calculation evapotranspiration Modified Penman method. F.J Mock method develop discharge value. Dependable discharge, 80%, estimate availability. Furthermore, an evaluation balance carried out each scenario, result information on surplus or deficit conditions month. demand based planting scenarios divided into three. First Scenario high-yield - according existing at location. second scenario beans third According results three scenarios, reached up 900 ha 850 chosen number 2.
